A real gem in the neighborhood! The first thing that stands out is the beautiful murals on the wall, absolutely amazing. Feels so smart seating under these absolute legends! Plenty of seats available under the murals too. They even have a cozy room at the back with sofas and dangling fairy lights. It would be an amazing spot to hang out with friends in there! I ordered the strawberry, chocolate, sesame and French toast bagels and all of them were great, but the French toast really stood out. I never had French toast bagel before but it totally makes sense. It's so good even on its own, a little sweet and savory. There's so many bagel flavors to choose from here and they all look great. The stated stream of people coming in for breakfast seems to agree. Most people were ordering a breakfast bagel which is reasonably priced, at around $4-7.
The taste is great but the lack of cream cheese on a bagel is pretty bad. It’s not even clumped up anywhere to spread around the lumps are from the artichokes. I would have thought they would be better then Dunkin with their cream cheese. I’ll be back simply for the taste but maybe be a little more generous on the bagels!
Had a delicious lox & cream cheese on an onion bagel along with a strawberry bagel. Evidently the strawberry bagel must've been something as my dog stole my first one Very impressed with the about of salmon used for the cost $10 and very comparable to one at Einstein Bagel. Think I'll ask for more capers next time, but otherwise no complaints!
Really tasty bagels! Love the lox cream cheese! I just wish that the lox spread tub gave more than one serving and that the chai tasted more like chai. It was a chai tea bag, black. I added milk and sugar.
This place constantly screws up the orders and the quality is awful. Better results at McDonald’s and i don’t eat fast food. This is supposed to be an everything bagel Toasted with cheese. Bagel is completely raw and so is the cheese. The other order was also completely wrong. This is the 3rd time I’ve gone to this place and had terrible results. Buyer beware
Stopped by on a whim and it was very busy! Lots of pick up orders and people waiting for their selections. I had a Jam on it bagel and while it was very tasty, it came with sliced onions not the wild onion jam, that was advertised on the menu. They offer coffee but do not do specialty drinks. You choose your size and they give you a cup to take to the pump carafes in the seating area. I will definitely try them again.
Three times we have had poor service at the cashier. The food is delicious. However, they never seem to get our order right. The first visit had a guy with an iPad who was so flustered he couldn’t take an order without freaking out. At the second visit, they overcharged us for a specialty bagel, when it was not. At another visit, we ordered two large containers of cream cheese and they charged for the large size and gave us the small sizes. I’ve sent a message to the business and have not received a reply. Too bad for them, we will not be going back for another try. Verify what they are charging you for since their front of the house doesn’t understand how to take orders or how to charge the correct prices. Get it together!
Hard, bland bagels. Their flavor list looks impressive, but the bagels themselves were not very good. The hardness of the bagels requires that you toast them and made me question their freshness. No difference in taste between the regular cream cheese and goat cheese cream cheese. Overall this place was a disappointment. I don’t understand how a bagel shop can have such bad bagels— it’s the most basic requirement.
I want to like it more here. The menu options are great with such potential. Do they use older bagels for sandwiches? I ordered a sandwich and the bagel was so hard, it made the sandwich unenjoyable. Ruth Bader Ginsberg is also painted onto the wall which is an interesting choice.
Update: First visit they were pretty good. Bagel and biscuit sandwiches are very good. We’ve gone back a few times since then and they don’t seem to follow what you ask for online orders. Past few times we’ve ordered online and they completely ignored what we asked for. Why go somewhere you can customize your sandwich when they don’t listen to your order? Staff doesn’t seem like they care about their jobs or orders being submitted online.
