I cannot even put into words how wonderful the staff and store is. Chris is absolutely wonderful and incredibly kind and considerate. They’ve been absolutely amazing in terms of service and have gone above and beyond for me. I cannot put into words how excellent they are and recommend with the utmost respect Badlands to new and veteran players alike.
My first purchase was easy. Ordered online after searching through many online reviews. This model was the perfect entry level purchase. It operates great. Feels awesome to hold. I love how the flip sights are sturdy when deployed. The rails give me do many options for accessories. I was concerned when shipping was slightly delayed, although it is Christmas season. Customer service got back to me quickly. I'm confident my entry into this sport will be the experience of a lifetime. And knowing I have a solid supplier I can trust makes that even better. I bought most everything I need to play around, and I know they have the next level gear to improve my passion of shooting. The huge selection, quality advice and availability of customer support shows the success of this business. I'll keep coming back. Do your research, ask questions. You'll find that this is the place you'll come back to.
EDIT Purchased a Virtue Vio Mask back in 2019 with no issues and satisfied with the shipping. Had an issue with the payments online and was charged twice without any confirmation on December 23rd. I was told by support to check with my bank and I had done that which was a frustrating experience due to getting the runaround from both sides. Originally this review was to reflect my personal experience shopping online and it had nothing to do with the customer service. Elizabeth from the help desk was able to turn around my experience and resolved the issue promptly after looking into it deeper. I appreciate the support and satisfied with the great service.
Every time I come in I have a 10/10 experience, so much that I actually look forward to going. Chris is a great guy honestly. Him and Jacob are 2 individuals who I look forward to seeing when I pop in. Chris is such a friendly and polite guy, extremely knowledgeable and never hesitates to go over and above when it comes to trying to fix an issue. Every time I've called, someone answers, and I get all the answers I was looking for. All I can hope for is that they get an on-site technician for any tank work or complex repairs, but other than that this is the only place I do my business with and I'm grateful to have this store near my house and got to meet Chris and Jacob.
This shop has good selections for both Paintball and Airsoft guns. Great online shopping experience, shipped the next day. Thank you very much for your business and will definitely comeback if Bill c21 does not go through..
I've been to this place twice now. What made me come back again is not only the great selection and prices but friendly and educated stuff. We were buying a new airsoft gun, they offered all accessories as an option, ensured we had everything we needed with zero pushing pressure. Thanks Badlands will see you again soon.
I love this place not only because I love paintball but for 3 other reasons!!! 1. They take the time to talk to you and answer questions no matter what level you are at. 2. I don't feel pressured to buy when we shop there, however I think that makes spending easier; 3. They give great advice on equipment maintenance and repair.
If you're going for paintball stuff really know what you want and why. Its like the guys like Airsoft more then paintball and they weren't an amazing amount of help and or knowledgeable when it comes to the 1500 -2000 dollar guns but older tech they are ok with for sure.. but hey they really are the only real store around... The two guys we talked too anyway still purchased but not a marker idk if I'll be back either the grips were 49 in store online was same but make you pay for shipping and was kinda talked out of the ones they had instock.. all in all we spent money here but not looking forward to return...
The staff there is always amazing super friendly and willing to help out anytime you need info or advice absolutely wonderful people with an awesome store as well!! Definitely recommend taking a stop by and checking them out : been going for years and will continue for many more
Not happy. I sent five paintball guns to here to get fixed. They charged quite a bit and when I got them back, 2 still didn’t work and a few of them were missing parts that I sent them away with. I emailed asked them about it and they claimed that they came like that. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
