I just want to say I absolutely love this store! Not only do they provide exceptional customer service but actually ordered in a specific juice they don’t usually carry just for me. I have been coming here for about a year and I’ll never go to another vape shop in the area or order online because the staff go above and beyond EVERY time. I’m so happy with everything they offer!
I went there with a vape problem and the man and woman working there were amazingly kind and helpful. Even the little dog was sweet and friendly. 1000 Thank Yous! Great shop, great staff, wonderful little dog.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! MAKE ME LEAVE MY KIDS OUTSIDE JUST WANTED A PART NO VAPE FLUID. Why is that kids are allowed in an LCBO and not a vape store. I just don’t get it! I won’t be back here! That lady was brutally rude!

Great shop with tons of selection, new juice every time I come in there. Their new in-house line of soda juice is on point, reminds me of the Chill brand, for a fraction of the price, definitely recommend. Good clouds, tons of flavour, and doesn't burn out coils too quick.
Cozy atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff with wide selection of eliquid and devices. These guys are a pleasure to deal with. We highly reccomend you check this place out if you're looking to stop smoking and make the switch to vaping.
Great shop conveniently located right on the main strip in Bancroft. The selection is solid, pricing is fair, and the staff are eager to help without being overly pushy, talking your ear off, and trying to upsell. I should also mention that they feature art displays that provide a nice aesthetic touch. If youre a vaper who lives or cottages in the area, I highly recommend checking it out!
Great place awesome products. #vapelife. Staff is very helpful. Huge lines of products and juice for everyone. No need to look any further u need supplies, this is a one stop shop. Even have extra baked goods in from time to time. Highly recommended by far.
