I had a really good experience with BackCountry grills. I was looking at a lot of different smokers and contacted Jeff to learn more about green mountain grills. He was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their products and smokers in general. He listened to all questions and concerns I had and answered them throughly and honestly. I ended up purchasing a Daniel Boone and he provided lots of tips and tricks a a great customer service after the purchase. I do not think many other companies can provide the high quality products or the high quality customer service that they do
This is a great small locally owned business to deal with. Jeff is passionate about his business and providing personalized service. He is very knowledgeable and takes as much time as you need in explaining the products they sell. More importantly he is there to assist should you have any issues. I would not hesitate to recommend him for your pellet grill needs.
Just recently bought the new Daniel Boone GMG from Jeff and Backcountry Grills. It was certainly a pleasure dealing with Jeff. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with sharing all the information, facts, and tips on the grill. Very personal experience. Very knowledgeable with regard to pellets, smokers, and even recipes Thoroughly answered all our questions and gave suggestions to help us with our grilling and smoking This is the place to go for a wide variety of pellets. They also have a good selection of smokers to view We were having problems with the pellets our smoker used and Jeff recommended some amazing products that just totally fixed the situation. Now we can’t wait to upgrade to one of his smokers

A big shoutout to back country grills! The staff and service was top notch. The product Daniel Boone was outstanding. I have never had a pellet smoker before, was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle to run and maintain. With the Wi-Fi to home network, you can control the unit anywhere. No more sitting and waiting. Throw in the probs, and you got access to your food temperatures too. It’s easier then running my gas grill. Jeff not only walked me through the process ahead of time, he called me twice to follow up when assembling and when doing my first smoke. There is not doubt the product is superior and top class. The service is outstanding. There is no question that I made the right decision on my grill. Wish I had have done it sooner. Way to go Backcountry Grills, I will definitely be a return customer.

We had an amazing experience buying our Daniel Boon grill from BackCountry Grills. Jeff was very knowledgable, and took time to explain every aspect of the product to us.
