Julia is a fabulous physiotherapist. She has an amazing ability to identify and correct issues, and has made it possible for me to heal, realign and MOVE forward. She has given me the tools and encouragement to help facilitate my own recovery and wellness, and I am so grateful to her.
Absolutely fantastic physiotherapist and healthcare professional overall. I've seen Julia probably 15-20 times over the course of over a year on a variety of issues, including chronic back pain, rehab and injury prevention for long distance running, and general maintenance for neck and posture issues due to work. Julia assessed issues thoroughly and focused on treatments that resolve the underlying cause, rather than simply alleviating pain. In addition to therapy she covered things like fixing specific form issues and helped plan my fitness schedule through my treatment. On top of all this, she's a pleasure to work with on a personal level, and really focuses on your wellbeing as a whole both in the appointment and after.
Julia is an exceptional physiotherapist, gifted in her ability to actively listen and create a plan of care tailored to her clients. She is who I would recommend my own friends and family see for rehabilitation - can’t speak highly enough about her!
Julia has been helping me with my chronic neck and shoulder pain/tightness. She seems to know exactly what my body needs just by feel and I always feel a positive shift in my body after every visit. She has also been able to help relieve some of my acute tension headaches when medication doesn't help, which has been a game changer. If you are looking for a skilled and personable physiotherapist, Julia is your girl!
I have seen quite a few different Specialists throughout the course of recovery from my car accident. Many of the Therapists and Specialists have not been nearly as thorough or as helpful as Julia. Almost all of her suggestions and methods have greatly increased my overall rate of recovery. If there are things that don't work quite as well, she is very quick to find alternatives that suite my lifestyle and personal needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of any sort of Physiotherapy involving muscle recovery or improvement of general well being. 10/10.
Julia is kind and caring individual and very thorough in her assessment. She gives great explanations of treatment that help with pinpointing problem areas as well as exercises to overcome issues. Very knowledgeable and professional while keeping a friendly and comfortable environment. Highly recommend. She loves what she does, and it shows!
