Babaton

Lovely experience at this location. I was there on December 12th, 2022. The SAs are very friendly and helpful. There was an item I was looking for which was not available in store. I needed one right away and was hesitant to order it online but the cashier was able to find one in their warehouse and offered to have it shipped to my home. I received the package in two days and was SO satisfied with the customer service.

Great service - Nice choice of classic wool coat - Bought one after trying only 2 - 'Princess' Leah helped me and was very friendly, professional and I loved the overall experience!

Went to return a coat that was purchased as a Christmas gift . at that time , the store didn’t have the right size so they offered to ship it to my house with a 10% discount. Also at that time i was told that i have till January as it was a Christmas gift. When i went to return it on Jan 7th, i was told that as i didn’t have a gift receipt which was never offered i couldn’t return it. After much back and forth , the manger reluctantly processed the return . However, the manager made us feel I had done something wrong. To top it all off, my friend who was trying on coats received no help. No-one from the staff came to help even though the store was virtually empty, making us feel unwanted. of course we walked away even though we were interested in their slouch coat. Very bad experience., will not be returning to shop here.

This new branch off of Aritzia has fantastic sales associates that are helpful with sizes but will also pick out other similar things from the store for you to try on as well. The clothing of Babton is classier and less casual than what yo would find in a Aritzia and is perfect for work and more formal events. They had fresh cut flowers being given away the weekend I was there. The decor is as trendy and stylish as the clothing.

I had a great shopping experience with Ella. She was very friendly and professional - not to mention she is stellar at styling. She recommended pieces to me that were relevant with what I was looking for and didn't overflow my fitting room with the entire store. I usually try and avoid Aritzia stores, as I find that most of the employees are either not friendly, or make you feel pressured to buy something. If you're looking for a great, relaxed experience, I would highly recommend visiting Ella at the Babaton store! I will be going back to see her to do some more shopping!

It’s a very nice store with trendy casual and formal clothes. The crew is very attentive, energetic and helpful. The space of the store is very adequate. Dressing rooms are also spacious with nice couches for people who wait.

It was my first shopping at babaton. Had coats before , overpriced yes but the quality of clothes is awesome. What I really appreciate was customer service . I would especially want to mention Barbara at Yorkdale location. The girl went above and beyond to help me find clothes and honestly I just told her what I’m looking for, she came with options in the try room and suggested what looks good and what not. It’ll definitely be my go to place now on. Apart from Barbara, there were couple of other associates who were really helpful. Thank you to all the associates at this location. PS I would definitely say, ones at square one are super rude .

Charged me shipping fee without even asking. Also, I gave the cashier my name and email address, but she still put it under another person’s account. Very bad shopping experience.

I had a very good experience at this location. The service I encountered was amazing. There was a very friendly salesperson who helped me with a coat. I am not sure what her name is. I checked my bill to find it but I didn't find a name. Overall, I had a great experience here. I love this coat!! super comfortable. I walked into Aritzia before but you cannot compare the service. Babaton, you exceeded my expectations! thank you!

Greetings are fine but after that leave me alone, if I say I don't need help I don't and sending a different staff isn't going to change my mind. Also if I am shopping there, I don't need to hear your employees badmouth customers about their appearance and especially not of another employee in front of another customer. That is very unprofessional and that poor girl looked so upset, could really tell it is a toxic environment.
