The first female server was friendly and efficient. However, she was done shift after taking our order and the server that took over made us wait much too long just to get our drinks including water and pop for a child. The male server was friendly enough but we didn't get checked on regularly for refills, making us have to remember to get their attention to do so. The food took much too long to arrive too, though it was very tasty and they provided good portion sizes.
My brother in law and I went for supper july 13th/23 He ordered the Greek chicken burger with fries, and I ordered the regular chicken burger with a Greek saladthe special that day The Greek salad was good. I never did receive my chicken burger as they had brought out 2 Greek burgers I returned 1. His fries were cold and over cooked his burger was "okay" . We waited 15 minutes to get a server to come take our order. They brought the drinks, came to take our the food finally did arrive I told them my burger was wrong they told me I had to wait for a supervisor. They never checked on us, didn't ask if we wanted our drinks refilled, I had to ask for cutlery to eat my salad. When I asked for the right burger from the supervisor they told me it would be done right away. We waited another 45 minutes and then left without my burger ever reaching the table. To top it all off they tried to charge me for a burger I never did receive and got snippy when we said we shouldn't have to pay for something we never got. Didn't offer any kind of discount or apologize for any kind of delay. I was very disappointed, I hadn't been home in years and they were on my list of must eat places while I was home. I won't be going back
2 stars because the food was good. The service however? Awful. I came in to order dinner for my birthday, to be able to pick up later, and the waitress began to vent her frustrations to me about how her coworkers don’t show up so I shouldn’t expect my food or to be served if I sat in the restaurant. I get being frustrated, but don’t take it out on your customers please! I was just wanting a picture of the menu so I could call it in when I went to pick it up after, it wasn’t cooked yet and so it took even LONGER even though I called 2 hours in advance.
thank you for giving me food poisoning baacos. my food was cold in the middle and hot on the outsides and top. it didn’t even taste good and they lost my food. i had to wait over 2 hours for a poutine. i silt recommended going here
My donair was delicious, but my crunch wrap was literally cold and on a cold plate. I always like the food, but there are always issues when I eat here.Food: 3/5
Service is bad today Called at 5pm for order pick up and went inside the store at 5:20, turns out they didn’t make the food yet for some reason… so we decided to have it delivered instead but still it took them an hour. Sad
Went for breakfast at 9 am. Party music was blaring in dining area so sat in the lounge in order to hear my companion. People were slamming back drinks at the bar already and getting a little hostile. Had to search for server twice to get coffee refill. Went back in the evening on another day. Service, food and atmosphere were better.Food: 3/5
I now live in Winnipeg. I always have to get the machos and a long island when I make the trip for a visit. Everything on the menu is delicious, and generous portions. Mmmm.
Just ordered for delivery. All Food came cold, chicken fingers came way over cooked. Pickle poutine was good but very small portion for a large, also cold. Potato machos had barley any meat. Also very cold. The burger I ordered tasted like giant tiger frozen burgers. Awful! This is my second experience ordering from them and I will never eat here again.
Sat there for 20 minutes lady comes take the order thingy and didnt even ask us what we wanted just took them and we sat there 20 mins so yeah would of love to eat there but poor serviceFood: 1/5
