Most dis organized , in efficient large bank. Customer service is atrociously bad. Any body has other alternative should not even look at this bank to do business
Horrible experience trying to get refinancing on my home with $1M appraisal and only $300k in mortgage. They pulled out after signing the agreement due to the “small property size” - I am in Toronto in a hot area with equity in the home. Brutal customer service. Stay away!
DO NOT invest with this bank. EVER. You Wont have your money back.I paid off my Loan with them but they dont want to transfer me my profits. There are stealers and liars. Dont ever invest with them. They charge a huge amount of fees but thats not in the Contract. BIG STEALERS of money. Be aware!!!!!!!
