Guys, don't think it is a tattoo shop when you meet this prick, if you think there is no other shoe store on this planet and badly want shoes you will have a very bad day when you come to b2 at fairview like today Friday Feb. 02, 2018 afteroon and meet the one and only jerk in Canada, with less than zero manners and fair approach in dealing with you only just to answer your question. Bought shoes and wore them for a couple of hours on 2 occasions and clearly see the crease and scratches on them . This jerk who says he is the manager would not listen and would almost be in your face, make your day dark by talking and arguing endlessly making you to leave the store and not come back. A complete moron and idiot. In today´s era, with so many choices you would make a grave mistake to see this impudent jerk . Such people should be working in any job but direct customer service. Susan the other manager was welcoming the other day. You lost another customer and will take my business to some other place. Cheap stuff and less than a zero manners, this location will go out of business soon if such sick and unqualified jerk roams around. A very unwelcoming place! Wondering their hiring method reflects their on floor staff and cheap stuff.

I shop at this location for a while now. Bought money shoes that I liked. But last time I bought B2 brand shoes black man size. And they keep coloring my socks. Even after washing, my socks are stained with shoes color. I think they used cheap shoes insoles or material. Caus this doesn’t happen with other brands

The staff is very helpful by getting the size for customers to try. Their shoes are presented more organized than other locations.

Spend a little bit more and shop at browns instead. The quality of b2 shoes isn't the greatest.

Went in looking for boots. Was immediately helped by Tammy. She was very helpful and patient. She suggested a few different brands and knew all the benefits of each boot I tried on. I purchased the Arctic brand and very happy with the boot and service I received!
