On my first visit when I didn't bring reference photos, I was given a very short bob with bangs when I specifically said I just wanted 2 inches off all around I did not have a bob with bangs. When I went back to have it fixed a week or so later, I came with reference photos to avoid that same confusion, but it was still messed up. My hair was cut way shorter than the reference images and when I said I liked the length in the front that statement was ignored and the stylist cut it anyway. I was told my hair was very fine and straight which was apparently some sort of issue with getting my hair in the way I wanted it I knew my hair was this way but wanted the same cut even if it wouldn't have the same volume. They could have just cut it how I wanted despite that but instead I was told that my haircut would "grow out into what [I] want". Why couldn't I have just been given what I wanted when I asked for it? I had the length for it.Service: Hairstyling
