Came on a Monday and not busy around lunch. Got the boneless chicken and fries snack. The fries were good and crispy. The chicken itself was a bit too hard to chew. Maybe it was overcooked. The sauce on the chicken was slightly saltier than normal too. The place is clean and it's easy to order.Food: 3/5
I ordered in store, and our order was perfect. We ordered 20 boneless wings with four types of sauce. They nailed it. Their sauce makes it hard not to enjoy the flavor of the wings. I love how many options they offer. Perhaps others have had trouble with ordering online. The gentleman who took our order was helpful and had a delightful demeanor props to him. The place was very clean with everything in working order.
Had 2 orders. Hard cold boneless wings after a 10 minute wait, sauce was limited. Fries were a bit over seasoned. No fountain machine working. No hairnets/gloves worn by employees in the back. The couple next to us complained about the food being cold when I was ordering. The customers after me spit his wings back out and threw his plate away. 3 back to back customers displeased. Never going back to this store. Poor management and ownership. Should be shut down.
We'd never heard of B-Dubs Express and we weren't very impressed. As others have noted, the fried pickles were not fully cooked. They were stuck in 2 clumps and very blonde in color. My 10 traditional wings were all drumettes. Not a flat on the tray. 4 of my 10 wings were cold. I was very disappointed by both these facts. Just generally wasn't a great visit. Staff was friendly. Cleanliness was acceptable. I likely won't return to this location.
Initially, In TRUTH, I Would Have Not Given Them a 5 Star Review Due To The Fact I Attempted To Place My Order Online and Their Online System Stated That It Was Having Issues But Charged Me and When I Called I Spoke With a Male Friendly But Dishonest Team Member Who Blatantly Lied As If He Was Processing My Refund But Was Not. So I Instinctively Decided To Go To The Location The Following Day and Just Ask For a Receipt Of The Refund Transaction Thinking It Would Be Readily Available Since The Other Team Member Stated That He Would Get It Processed. Well, There Was No Record Of Anything Except My Order Which I Never Picked Up Because Their System Was Horribly Glitching So While It Was Saying Unable To Process Request, It Actually Was Processing The Request. At Any Rate, The Manager Was Very Polite and Apologized Sincerely as She Reassured Me That She Would Promptly Resolve The Issue. She Most Definitely Did and I Appreciated Her Attentive Commitment To Making It Right. Great Job, a Phenomenal Way To Earn Back The Customer's Business. Keep Growing.
I ordered pickup 20 piece bone-in with 4 different flavors but only 2 of the flavors were correct. I wasn't informed about it during handoff but the worst crime committed here was the chicken. You'd think that if they could get anything right here it would be the bone-in chicken given they charge $30 for 20 pieces. No, they're tiny, they're dryer than the Sahara desert and the flavor is bland. Ordering from here should be considered a crime against humanity, keep in mind this is my first time eating at a Buffalo wild wings but I will never come here again. Beware..
This is one of the cleanest B-Dubs I have been to. It has a simple and bright layout, the service was quick even with a huge rush on SuperBowl day and was pretty well staffed. The best thing about the location is the samplers that are available for you to take along or try.
This place has the worst quality of food and service that I've been to. After reminding the person that took our order who's name the order was under and what we ordered multiple times, they finally got it ready...AFTER ALMOST AN HOUR. Worse...the fried pickles we ordered were not even cooked thoroughly, see the picture below. If you order here, be ready to wait a while and get food that you don't even want to eat.
Ordered food, paid for food, tried to pick up food...and the store was closed. Working on getting a refund but annoying time waste and horrible customer service.
Undercooked and globby fried pickles and a lot of brown lettuce in our salad. Just don't go there.
