Worst notary!!! Stay away from them they have zero class! The price is high!! And the customer service will hang up in ir face!

Horrific Notary!!!! Stay away from them at all costs as they will falsely provide you documents that you will have to pay for again, Specifically the certificate of location which costs close to $1000 over the inflated price you have to pay him. Never heard anything good about them but I was forced to use them from the builder Sylvain Farand.

Service hors pair, notaire très professionnel, très rigoureux, rapide et efficace. Pour avoir fait affaire avec des dizaines de notaires dans ma carrière je vous confirme que ce sont les meilleurs de la région. De plus les honoraires sont raisonnable même souvent plus bas que la moyenne des notaires.
