Tonight we experienced another level of culinary delight. Some Québec restaurant workers recommanded this place as one of best hidden gem in old Québec city. My wife and I have to admit we were rocked by this adventure of splashing colors and tasteful freshness from the Quebec terroir. Service from Jean was exquisite and friendly and the food presentation was phenomenal. Highly recommand 10/10
As expected, the food was great and the wine selection is quite extensive. Portions are generous and perfect for sharing. Highly recommended, but do make a reservation before you go.
Went here for my birthday dinner. One of the best meals I have ever had. Would highly recommend
I like the light and shadow in this restaurant. It’s an art. The food tastes special mixing with Chinese , Japanese and Korean with chef’s own creation. However, we wait 45min to get all foodsonly soup, one starter and one side dish to come up which is a really poor experience.
Had a lovely 5 course dining experience at BÕ and we loved every minute of it. William was very attentive and extremely professional. Highly recommended if you're in the area and we will be back for sure!
We were 5 guests and shared a memorable immersion experience - I particularly liked the rolls with wagu beef, the oysters, the pork belly and the fish. The attentive service and the pace at which we were served contributed to make our meal a memorable one. My only comment was about the soup: I found the dashi broth a little tasteless but the rest of the ingredients in bowl were delectable and made up for the lack of taste. It was my second time trying the immersive meal at Bô and it surpassed my expectation. A real treat! Vegetarian options: Tofu dish, dashi soup, dumplings, etc. Parking: Valet parking - very handy
Good vibe in a well curated space. I have been a few times here and the menu is always satisfying. The best part is the service - high quality and attentive to the different needs
Highlight of our trip. Food was beyond amazing. I recommend coming with a few people, getting a bunch of appetizers to share. That way you get to try a lot!
The food was poor. I suppose they were trying to give a la-di-da presentation but it failed because the food just wasn't good. Bland. The service was horrendous even though the place wasn't even a quarter full. I have no idea what they were trying for with the decor - maybe urban hip? I don't know nor do I care it just looked and felt phony to me. I'll never go back.
Could easily win some trophies in the next few years. Great food, excellent wine list, superb service by the whole team. It's refreshing to see them working all together. Our waitress, Melcan't remember the last part, was a great guide to the whole experience that the Bo has to offer. The bar kitchen's side is the best place to sit, being in front of the show ! Chef Louis-Philippe is a wonder. He knows so much stuff he could teach me classes for the whole night. I should have had teachers like him!
