Although a small renovation, Farshid and his team did a professional and fabulous job on my single basement bedroom build. Throughout the process, he responded in a timely fashion to answer any of my concerns and was a pleasure dealing with. Highly recommended!
We were doubtful/ intimated about getting our home renovated , hearing stories about going over budget and projects prolonging . We did out research, and called Ayon Design & Build and instantly we felt comfortable with them doing our master bathroom and kitchen. Although we had a few mistakes throughout the project, ever single issue was dealt with and resolved. My family is pleased with our new master bath and kitchen, and we will call them in the fall to finish our basement . Thanks Behzad and the team for doing such a great professional job! Tiffany
I have never written a review for any contractor before, but I am so happy with the work Ayon Design and build completed, that I had to. They did what they said they would do, they did it really well, and they did not push unreasonable extra costs on me. I have worked with a lot of construction companies through out my life,  but my first call is Ayon Design and build. Thank you once again for the amazing work.
We are very happy with the entire renovation experience. Behzad was always available, and he worked closely with his team to ensure a quality finish at every stage. All of his team members were professional and respectful and did great work. We were given a time frame of 10 weeks from start to finish and the team worked hard to ensure that we stayed within that time frame. It was a pleasure working with Behzad and the other professionals at Ayon design and build and we will definitely hire them again when it comes time to renovate other areas of our home.
Behzad and he's team completely gutted my entire house , and remodelled it. They provided me with drawings prior to starting work. They got all the necessary permits. They removed a load bearing wall creating a open concept space, and also removed the roof in my garage and put a huge bedroom there. They were behind schedule by about 4 days which was the only downside as we were really eager to start enjoying our new house. Overall We had a great experience working with Behzad , Farshed , and their father and would highly recommend them for any project ...so much so that we have recommended them to our friends ...and they are now happily working together!
Amazing job done on my basement. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking into Renovation. the cost of the renovation stayed within my budget. they have great materials to work with. I was very pleased at when the job was finished the clean up was spotless. thank you once again great team !
Ayon design & build came recommended by two discerning friends who were very satisfied with their work. We are very pleased with our new Master bathroom. What we liked about Ayon design & build was their process. Before they started any work, Their designer Romin brought our ideas to life with he's 3D Renderings. We were able to visualize how our bathroom was going to look before they started their work.The Bathroom has been comepletly transformed and we couldn't be happier with it. I couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend Ayon design & build to friends and family.
My basement was a mess. I tried to call a few other places and their quotes for the job was way beyond my budget! So I gave Ayon Design & Build a call and not only was he fast to respond to my call but he also provided me with examples of how I want my basement to look at the end and what my options are. I couldn't be happier with how my basement looks right now and I can truly say that these guys know what they are doing and they put pure passion into their hard work! Cheers & Thank you
I will never go back to them again. They were suppose to finish my work may 2017 it's November 2017 and still not done. Owner of the company caused two leaks one from the washroom the second from the roof by putting the wrong roof exhaust. He installed a exhaust for a shingle roof meanwhile my roof was a flat top roof. Leaks went down to the first floor, I have pics and proof.
