Honestly, the WORST service I have ever had. Was hung up on several occasions. My worst experience required me to wait for 1.5 Half and after calling them on several occasions a cab finally showed up and said he didn't feel COMFORTABLE driving me someone. When I called back to complain, he said "Okay no problem, ill send another cab in 10 minutes" and it never showed up. I ended up walking home which to me is completely unfair. This company is honestly the worst. The cab drivers are rude and are constantly complaining. I've had several cab drivers hit on me or ask me personal questions about my dating life. Super inappropriate. I have since invested in a car and won't be using this company anymore. And honestly, this company is SO lucky they are the only taxi company in Aylmer, because I wouldn't be using them if they weren't. Just the worst.

DISGUSTING!!!! The taxi driver offered me money in exchange for sexual favours! When I called to complain to the owner or manager the dispatcher told me the owners name was “Joe” when I asked for his last name he hesitated and said some incoherent word which I think he made up and ended with “I think...” YOU THINK?! No manager or owner ever called me back, the dispatcher was clearly lying when he gave me the owners name.
WORST OF THE WORST! They should be put out of business.

Honestly so disappointing. Can’t get an address right even when they repeat it back to you. Customer service is terrible - just hangs up on you without resolving any issues. “Right away” means that you’ll be waiting for upwards of half an hour - I waited over 45 minutes - and when they actually decide to show up not a mention of being incredibly, incredibly late. What I took as an option to get me to my destination faster than the STO will probably get me there later or around the same at a 10x+ premium cost. It’s unfortunate that there are not more options for taxis that come to pick up from Aylmer because honestly anything would be better.

Worst service i've ever experienced for a taxi company. I've had to take the taxi twice, 4 times a week for about 3 weeks. One of the drivers told me off because I didn't leave him a tip, others are reckless drivers, very odd interactions with some of them, never on time. If I could give this a 0, I would.

Service is incredibly rude, rarely ever have taxis available. Only use this taxi when I have to. They will take forever to show up, and blame you for not giving them a tip. I just called today and he wouldn't get the address when I repeated three times and then told me there were no taxis available and hung up. Extremely disappointed.
