Excellent service from Sam. Went to buy some new ski boots as the ones I had were very uncomfortable, and Sam was great in helping me in my choice. Very happy with the boots I left with, great price and a local company, which is a big plus. If I have anything else to buy ski related, I will get it from Axis. Thanks guys
Changing from 5 stars to 1. Sold me defective leaking boots, I've spent the past month chasing them 2 phone calls, 4 emails, 1 text and 1 fb messenger for a replacement pair and they give me the runaround claiming they will cb or "i will speak to my manager" and never do. I'm glad they showed their true colors before I bought snowboard gear because I would also have bought my bindings and snowboard boots from them had they not SolD me detective winter boots and failed to correct the issue despite Being given not 1, not 2 but SIX opportunities to resolve the matter
Great store, nice variety.
I just ordered replacement ski lenses from Axis and they were very responsive in getting it quickly to me. At first, their website looked a bit "basic" but after the order, I was a happy customer.
Excellent service! Needed new boarding boots somewhat urgently and I was greeted and assisted immediately with a smile and expertise knowledge Special thanks to Steph, for the guidance!! Will be back, very soon without hesitation!
