He's got replacement parts that are hard to find at reasonable price. Have a Good knowledge of Volkswagens. Old school German Guy, may not be accepted by everyone, but knows his stuff. So I can live with that.

STEER CLEAR! Called to ask about a quote on the replacement of a boost valve. Service writer on the phone was extremely rude, told me "I have to get the part through VW, so obviously I won't be any cheaper". I replied that I was just shopping around and wanted a quote, told me again "you don't get it, I have to get the part through VE so it won't be any cheaper!". If they are this bad giving a quote can you imagine how bad they will be when servicing your VW? STAY AWAY!

I'm never going back. They are a bunch of liars. They will rip you off and pretend they didn't. Ok if you know exactly what you need if not steer clear.
