Excellent. Zach mixes a delicious old fashioned and will tailor how ever you like. Caroline was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area and things to do. Great experience!
I want to begin by saying that the atmosphere in AXE is very pleasant and I certainly enjoy it. The vibe is great, as is the decor. The drinks themselves at this bar are also quite good and well-made. However, it takes an extremely long time to receive drinks. I frequently visit AXE for a cocktail hour on my way from my hotel room to my dinner reservation elsewhere, and while other bars take anywhere from zero to five minutes to serve the initial round of drinks, I typically waited at least twenty at AXE. My overall recommendation would be to know what you’re getting into, because it’ll take longer than you think.
Great atmosphere with live music! The food was great and the service was even better. Will definitely be back to enjoy other things on the menu. They also validate the parking so it’s a no brainer. Good food, good music, great value!

The corn, grapefruit and pear tasted very nice crunchy and refreshing - The lobster and fish was very filling. I loved the different take on the fries, cut into a hashtag chip design. The lobster was good, I think the way it was made took the flavor out of the meat - The presentation for the lobster and fries was very cool. It was sitting on top of parchment paper that looked like it was a newspaper. Little touches like that are appreciated and what sets one restaurant apart from another - The blackberry tom Collins could have used more juice and less ice so that the flavor was stronger but that’s a personal preference. They have an impressive bar. I loved that they used Tito’s in the drink as I don’t like to taste the alcohol, but I like to have it in my drinks! Nice and unique flavor, never had a drink like this before. I would definitely have it again Other Comments: - It seems like they always update their menus as I cannot find the lobster and chips on their online menu anymore. I like that you will always get to try something new - Very nice a sophisticated vibe with loads of comfortable seating and a big screen tv for a bit of entertainment - Service is great and the staff is outgoing and friendly kudos to Jessen Pan! - It’s a nice place for a casual meeting or a semi-romantic dinner and drink Instagram ID: anjav3
We had an excellent time at the Axe Bar. The bartender Clark, I believe was excellent. His maple old fashioned, whiskey sour and others were all fantastic. He also is happy to riff a few of his own creations as he is the resident mixologist. The menu is fairly tight but everything was delicious. We ordered an appetizer portion of the salmon tartare, mushroom and lentil hummus, and smoked duck tartine. Overall the ambiance was great and was a great change from the crowds of the village in general.

Great food and drinks, but unfortunately short-staffed. It's harder to get ahold of a waiter here than my first college boyfriend. Gladly, the waiters are at least much nicer than he was. A bit out of the way but I might come back after they hire some more people.
Slow service and understaffed. We watched three groups come and go without being served or greeted. We ordered Moscow Mules and they were very watery perhaps because the ice cubes melted due to the long wait Food menu doesn’t have any obvious appetizers. Nice location, but the service level and low attention to detail reflects very poorly on the hotel. Strange that they can’t get this right.
Beautiful locations, nice service, beautiful restaurant and bar design. In restaurant food was average.I Was disappointed, because I ordered in resto Choux Gras for dessert Chocolate cake, and it was chocolate mousse. And I profoundly hate any kinde of mousse. So I did not eat my desert and was charged full price. With Axe bar I had even worst experiance...very nice service, but I ordered marinaded octopus in soya souce. It was not eatable. I eated 2 pieces to be polite. It was like I would drink soya souce from buttle full of salt. I realy think that they dont have a great cook, that is the problem.
We are staying at the Fairmont Tremblant for our honeymoon. We told the waiter this when we asked him to take our picture at dinner. He brought out a beautiful dessert for us as a gift. It was the perfect ending to a delicious dinner with perfect service. What a special evening, I truly recommend this bar to anyone looking for creative, delectable food and exceptional service. We will definitely be back!
