I was a bit concerned when I saw the 1-star review, but the location is close to my place to I went ahead and made a reservation. The overall experience was very good. The location is GREAT!! Well, it may be a bit hard to find...it's on the 3rd floor of the Canadian Tire building. The parking lot is easy to access, in and out from a small street off Yonge st. I had a Ford Fusion for a week, damn the car was nice. I will definitely go back and have no problem recommending them to my friends.

Avoid this place at all times. Rude and didnt want to speak to my gf as she is a woman. Walk down the street for other avis location. He doesnt deserve anyone’s business.

Very bad experience. The rental office is around very busy streets with lots of traffic, pedestrians and constructions, and lots of similar buildings around. The parking lot was hard to find. When I went returning the vehicle I called the office many times trying to get directions but no one answered the call, I ended up spending an hour turning around and around but couldn't find the parking lot, finally someone answered the phone but super rude, the boss there was rude too. I was charged $21.52 for 45min late. I was actually planning to rent for another week but I was very disappointed with their attitude, would never go back to their business again.
