I went to this shop because it was close to home. I wish I had not. I had pre-ordered 3 dozen roses over the phone. - 12 red, 12 white, 12 pink. I was explicit about this. I told them I needed them by noon the next day and they agreed. When I got there at noon, she had not even started packaging them. She asked if I could come back in an hour. Seriously? I said "no" but still had to wait 30 more minutes. It was not even a big holiday time - it was in the middle of January. When she handed me the bouquet, I counted and the saw there were only 10 white roses and 11 pink roses. When I asked about this, she told me she gave me extra red ones to compensate. But that was not the order. You should have let me know. Shame on you for trying to trick the customer hoping I would not notice. When the bouquet was opened later, it was very clear that the white and pink roses were more mature - and thus died only a few days after. Not impressed with this business at all. She even had the gull to say as I was leaving "I hope this does not give you a bad impression of me." Well, I do have a bad impression and will never return.

The service here is so horrible the quality of the flowers doesn't even matter. We requested courier service (which was double the standard delivery fee) and I still had to follow up with them several times to insure that they were delivered before the recipient left for work. I requested a receipt via email and she kept telling me she would send it but wrote my email down incorrectly so I had to email her to ask for it again. I still haven't received any form of confirmation. Take your business elsewhere, this place is incredibly unprofessional.

Very unprofessional service. I ordered flowers a day before for Valentine's day and this company delivered flowers at end of the night the next day when Valentine was over and during while I was sleeping! Ridiculous, they did not follow my instructions I written for delivery and my recipient received damaged soaking wet flowers that looked nothing like the ones on their website!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, I e-mailed them for reimbursement and called, but they ignored me. Very unprofessional.

Pre ordered flowers on valentines days. Paid for the flowers over the phone and arranged a pick up time. Upon arrival the flowers weren't ready. The shop was also an operational mess with only two employees, one of which had no idea what was going on. Was told to wait for the flowers I pre ordered and paid for. Was also told that they shouldn't have taken my order (not like I insisted to give them my money!). Had to wait for 45min to receive a bouquet that was not as promised. Was originally told it would include a teddy bear which I never got. Maybe on a regular day this flower shop functions well, however the experience I had on valentines day had rookie written all over it. They also ran out of red roses while I was waiting. I know this is not their first valentines day! Will never return.
