There needs to be a way to register negative stars. Got an item from them under 50.00, They claimed insurance company would only pay for rental. They said once the cost was reached then we would own it. Ok sounds fine. Now almost 3 years later receive a court letter for over 700.00 , are you full of your selves. No bills sent to is, no calls made to us. We have the same address, the same phone numbers. We changed insurance about a year ago. We called them about it and they said to bad you have to pay it anyway. Asked them about not sending bill, response , we sent them to you. Asked about evidence of bills, umm no. These people need to pay for there idiots that work there.

If there was a way to use negative stars, I would do so. Took them 3 months to bill my Insurance. Then another month for them to do it correctly. The person in charge of billing is never in her office and does not return phone calls. They overcharge. The online payment site is a joke. The only option is to pay all of your bill at once.

My son was obtaining some of his medicine here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great parking, clean environment.

We have to come to home medical regularly and everyone we've encountered has been super friendly and helpful. Janell especially has been helpful with any questions we have had.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are too busy to help you and when you finally do get helped they order the wrong stuff. Now when trying to call them the phone gets picked up and immediately disconnected. The guy who fitted me for my cpap was great, everyone else not so much!
