Dylan spell ? will be a name I remember as the go to person at Avera Home Medical Equipment. She went above and beyond the normal call of her job duties and made it her mission to ensure my needs were met. I left our conversation saying WOW, this is how customer services is supposed to feel. So Grateful for Dylan and want Avera Home Medical to know how lucky they are to have someone like her. VERY IMPRESSED!
Pam did an awesome job helping my wife with set up of her APAP. She explained things clearly & kindly. She is an extraordinary, compassionate and articulate representative for Avera Home Medical Services.
Just had an appointment with Rachael to get new medical equipment and she provided great customer service. Since I was familiar with the equipment, she explained the changes and upgrades with my new equipment. I highly recommend Avera Home Medical Equipment!
The company is great i have several pieces of medical equipment through them Sioux Falls, Madison & Huron Ive always found them to be friendly & helpful ...but there is one man, Jason Cook who out shined them all. I live 100 miles away so he needed to come to me as my disablity severly limits my mobility. . He was kind & considerate...he went out of his way to address each issue ... i had been told some things couldnt be done but his knowledge about the equipment & his determination helped him find solutions. I really appeciated him ... He deserves a huge raise. He found solutions when others didnt even try I gave him 5 stars but thats not nearly enough ... id give him100 if i could.. I hope the company is smart enough to keep him on. IM GLAD HE WAS SENT TO HELP ME .... THANK YOU JASON!!!!!!
Placed an order and double checked a week later to see if there was a problem. Someone dropped the ball somewhere and I have no supplies because the order wasn't submitted.
I have been purchasing items for myself and a family member with disabilities from Avera Home Medical Equipment for several years. My “go to” person is Leslie. She is friendly, kind and very knowledgeable about the inventory carried in the store, whether dealing with me in person or over the phone. Her customer service is exemplary.
I was at the store before my knee replacement surgery and Larrene took me through the store to show me what I could use after my surgery. She was so patient and kind and had shown me things that I never would have known that would help me in my recovery. She really helped me feel comfortable with her understanding and compassion of what I was going through.
This is my second horrible experience with this business....2 years between sales/rentals so obviously not acting to improve customer experience. First time was a Clasp which quit working after a month. They claimed it was NOT under warranty and wouldn't file with insurance..had to pay cash to get replacement cord. Replacement failed within a month, but kept hounding me with calls to purchase hosing and face masks. When my daughter went in to try to resolve issue, she was first told that there was no supervisor available when staff could not help. She could see the supervisor who claimed they had no record of my payment until she showed them my receipt and then they "magically" found my payment in another set of books. Now...broke my hip. After surgery and rehab I was sent home with a rental wheelchair. I tried calling leaving messages daily for a week with no call back. Today, just kept dialing in for an hour until someone responded. When I indicated what I needed, a huge audible sigh was heard and no attempt to be accommodating on time of appointment...meanwhile rent is stacking up! RUN to any other option you can find!!!!!
Came in for a few supplies and was very impressed by the knowledgeable staff!! Ashley B helped me grab all the essentials I needed and made sure I knew how to use everything properly. She’s a huge asset to the business and I’ll be asking for her the next time I come in!!!
I've been dealing with ahme for quite a few years now. Most recently a cpap machine. Getting a device that I'm not familiar with was kind of scary, but these ppl are soooo knowledgeable!!! I had an appointment and everything was explained COMPLETELY to me... I recommend this place to anyone and everyone who has a medical equipment need...they will treat you right and make sure you have all the information you need!
