Very very poor customer service from the manager of the store. Two thumbs down!
Great staff and good products
They Avalon Home-hardware, at first, refused my return of a defective appliance. I had to resort to calling Head-Office to force a return. I did not feel welcome during the whole situation at the store. I will not be returning, and will take my business elsewhere moving forward. In my opinion, this was not an example of "Home owners, helping home owners" at all. FYI- this appliance was only purchased slightly over two months prior to its defect becoming apparent.
Good service, good prices; unlike other places in the area. Worth the trip.
