Great place and service. That’s a plus for sure. Didn’t like the squeaky floors though. We could hear neighbouring guests walking up and down and we were also worried about moving around for fear of disturbing other guests. Isn’t there a way the sound-proofing issue could be comprehensively solved for this otherwise great place?

We booked it fairly last minute but were really happy with our choice! Kevin was really friendly and made an amazing breakfast! All the rules were very easy to follow and he had everything organized including parking situation! Definitely will visit again.

Bettina and I stayed just before Christmas 2015 and had a wonderful stay with fantastic conversation. The room was great and I would recommend the Avalon to anybody. Thanks very much.

Nicely decorated, clean and quiet room. Breakfast was tasty and they were able to make it vegetarian for my partner and I. Would stay there again!

Fabulous fresh breakfast. Very accommodating and friendly service. A clean place away from the city. Very cozy.

Great stay, warm hosts, squeeky floors. Worth it for the price and the location.
