They forgot to file our personal income tax, then went on holidays, then wouldn't return my phone calls, then, emailed a simple "sorry for the delay." I'm probably paying fines for filling late, I'm not getting my child tax credit because they filed late. This is a service you are offering, it's what you do, yet you 100% missed the boat and never yet called me back! Hugely disappointed!!!
