Overall okay place to stay & clean,no microwave in room have to use the one in alway. Restaurant not open in the morning until 4:30pm to 8pm and corner store close most of the time..Rooms: 5/5
Restaurant service not even close to par. Ordered a drink and the waitress did not come back for 20min, my drink was done and ready to order. She wasnt even in sight to flag down. Once I ordered I was told there was no soup, so placed my order of a different choice. She refilled my drink then disappeared for another 30min. There was a total of 4 tables including myself. When she finally returned she brought the wrong meal to me, and disappeared again. After waiting close to an hour and a half i did not receive my meal, only 2 drinks. I left and told the front desk to put my drinks on my room. Seems like they need to retrain or get more help. I will not be going back for food. Very disappointing. Also, do not try to watch TV it constantly lags.
185 CAD for a room with two beds. The motel is super average, nothing fancy comfortable beds tho. Their restaurant served okay food but they were closed on Saturday noon when we left the motel. Nothing’s happening in Chapleau, everything’s closed after 6 pm even grocery stores. Considering it was off-season, an average motel in a town where nothing is happening and we couldn’t even find breakfast at noon – it’s overpriced in my opinion. I’m sure the reason is the fact that the next nearest town was about 200km away.
The rooms were clean and the recent renovations showed. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to park our bikes just outside the window of our room. The motel location was a bit isolated with no stores or restaurants nearby. Their restaurants served good honest food at a reasonable price.Rooms: 5/5
The front desk lady was super nice on my arrival. The rooms are clean. But the beds are not the best at all. They are nothing but spring. Although not the worst I have slept on, but close. Otherwise it's an alright motelRooms: 3/5
First time going to the restaurant...I am from out of town. Was looking forward to a nice meal after a 3 hour drive walked in and was seated, we ordered drinks THEN were told that there was no cook and only the pizza menu available. Waitress seemed to be very shy and intimated, made me feel bad, honestly. Wasn't impressed but will give them a chance to redeem themselves when I'm in the area next.
The pizza was perfect, the service was exceptional, we were welcomed with the big smile and greetings for halloween. Thank you for the amazing service.

I am a monthly customer staying one night a week at the hotel. I have asked for Indian food as I am vegan to the staff. I was told to ask the kitchen staff in advance. I did 1.5 hrs in advance the same day. I got a beautiful Dahl with basmati rice. It was delicious well spiced flavourful. The portion was great and it was a great value for 12.99$ What a beautiful attention and service
Smells mouldy nobody at front desk until 10 am shower barely worked vending machines broken and signs everywhere about pest control being done. Was told when i called that there was breakfast available.apon my arrival i am told they dont serve breakfast. Overall a horrible stay and i travel alot for work.Rooms: 1/5
