I TOOK MY GRANDDAUGHTER TO AUTOZONE AS SHE IS DRIVING NOW I WANT HER TO LEARN THINGS LIKE I HAVE TO CHECK HER OIL OR ANTIFREEZE BUT THIS PARTICULAR DAY WE'RE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE TAIL LIGHTS THE DASH LIGHTS SHOULD MANAGE TO LOSE YOUR GAS CAP AT THE GAS STATION AND THERE WAS A BLOWN FUSE SO THAT WAS EVEN OUT OF MY LEAGUE AND THE YOUNG MAN THERE I TOOK MY GRANDDAUGHTER TO AUTOZONE HAS SHE IS DRIVING NOW I WANT HER TO LEARN THINGS LIKE I DO CHECK HER OIL HER ANTIFREEZE BUT THIS PARTICULAR DAY WE'RE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE TAIL LIGHTS THE DASH LIGHTS SHOULD MANAGE TO LOSE OR GAS CAP IT THE GAS STATION AND THERE WAS A BLOWN FUSE SO THAT WAS EVEN OUT OF MY LEAGUE AND THE YOUNG MAN THERE I CAN'T REMEMBER HIS NAME I HATE THAT I DON'T BECAUSE HE WAS VERY VERY HELPFUL. He superbites just to make sure we got the right gas cap and bulbs for the light and I knew that you have to have special pliers I just didn't know what but he helped us all along the way and supervise this as we put everything together and it fixed everything I wish I could remember his name it's AutoZone on Auburn Street in Rockford Illinois I'm going to look on my receipt that I don't think his name is on there either he was very pleasant it was hot that day I am disabled so I couldn't stand out there for a long time and all of this is new to my granddaughter so he was more help than I can say

Had a very nice employee help me. She knew cars alil more than some of the men.

A time service is great, and then they hire people who don't know a thing and they get attitude with you when you're trying to help them understand what you are looking for

Some times you can get good service but most times not More times then not it's the Wrong part Note take old part with you to compare to part they are giving u and save the hassle
