Needed a coach battery for an RV that we had rented. We clocked in there at 6 on Saturday night. Astoundingly, the place was going to be open until 10. The fellow that changed the battery did wonderful service and recommended a nearby restaurant where we could wait out his labors. Very happy with the service there.

It was an emotional Saturday with the Celebration of Life for my second mom. I was headed out of town when my battery light came on. I turned around, headed back to Wal-Mart Scottsbluff because they were going to give me a new battery because mine was just a few months old. Turns out it wasn't the battery and Wal-Mart had no clue what to do. I headed to Autozone. Upon entering the front door, I was greeted by Carlos, an absolutely amazing, caring, and kind young man. He told me it was probably my alternator (which it was), took out my battery, charged it and did it all with a smile! Later, after hanging out while my battery was charging, he sold me a new alternator. Then, he called a friend who owned a shop to install it. That cost me $40! I was a Damsel in Distress and anxious to get out of town for a business trip. All the guys, especially Carlos at Autozone in Scottsbluff are awesone! Midwest kindness is no joke!
