I ordered a radiator over a week ago. Received it but was broken during ship. So I took it in, they ordered another one for me and told me it would be in during the morning and would call. Never got a call. So I called, the part isn't in, Robert I believe his name was, said he would have it by 3 that same day and would call me to let me know what's going on. No call. I called at 4, Robert said it was damaged again and he order a new one for the 3 time now. He said he would have it in the Morning and would call. When morning came no call. So I went in, Robert said that the order was cancelled and didn't know why it was cancelled and wouldn't take the time to find out why it was cancelled. Say he had a second source for the part but doesn't know when they will get it in, said probably later today or even tomorrow morning. Parts guy needs a lot help on his customer service skills cause he has none. So hopefully I get my part sometime soon.
