Story

Auto Pride Automotive Service has been serving the Fredericton and surrounding area for 18 years. Auto Pride was founded by Mike Francis & Randy McCoy in 1996 and they opened shop and never looked back.

In 2001 Mike and Randy joined up with the Auto Value Group. This has worked out to be beneficial for our business and for our great customers. Auto Pride can now offer a Nationwide Warranty on all our work, which is known as the Confidence Plus Program. Besides that we provide competitive pricing and good quality parts with great warranties.

Auto pride has 4 licensed Technicians and 1 apprentice and lots of experience to serve all your automotive needs. New faces are always welcome. See you at the shop!

They are very adaptable and friendly. They are very competitive with part prices. Id recommend not buying parts online and have them just get what you need: because their pricing is fair. Save the hassle of returning wrong parts.They are experienced and fast, so its worth paying a labour premium $84 per hour because overall you will save. They also let you into the garage to see whats goin on with your vehicle, it feels good to find a mechanic who dosnt try to hide things from you.
MVI completed. Now good for another 2 years. Service was fast and efficient. They took the time to make me aware of anticipated servicing that would be required in the future. They gave me an approximate time line and cost which I appreciated.
Our car almost broke down in Fredericton when we were traveling to Moncton, right in front of Auto Pride. Even workshop was very busy, Mark was kind enough to accommodate and got it fixed in no time. I thank you Mark once again and thank you Auto Pride, you are Pride of Fredericton.
I have had the absolute best service from this company. They treat me with kindness. Fairness and understanding. Prices are very good. And the work they do has been great quality.
McCoys has been an absolute gem to work with! They fixed my car and didn't charge me extra for things that didn't need done. I didn't even know this place existed until recently and that is my only regret. 10/10 highly recommend!
Great service and very competitive pricing!Service: Auto maintenance
I took my Subaru in for repairs and was charged the price of new parts for poor quality USED parts. They also poked around in places that I did not ask them to, and tried to tell me that I need service in areas I knew I did not. They also let my car sit for 3 months, and were extremely awkward on timelines. Every visit I made to try and get them to work on the car they would become frustrated. It had accumulated dirt and oil on the white paint the 3 months it sat in their yard. I ended up receiving a completely botched ride, and a bill for $6000 with charges on the invoice for work that wasn't even done on the car. Mike and Randy are terrible people.
It's been years since I've been here but Greg was fantastic at getting my old car serviced to drive back to Ontario. The car had been sitting for years. He got it running, changed the brakes and some lines etc, tune up, fluid changes etc. Never had a problem since. Thanks guys!
Have been taking our cars there for years. Randy and Mike no relation are excellent to deal with and they only fix what needs to be fixed and at a fair price. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Pleasant staff. Straight forward about prices and got the job done fast. I will definitely take my business there again when needed in the future.
