I was looking for a Smart electric car. The employee and owner are very knowledgeable people in this field. They were both very curtious and helpful. They answered all my questions as silly or as complex as they could be. I did not need to wait all my transactions was done in the same day. They also confirmed I would be able to make it to my home all in one charge if I stayed under 100km on the highway, well they were right and I still had a bit of juice left.

Absolutely great experience dealing with Auto Max, and will consider purchasing again from the dealership. Transparency, efficiency and satisfaction is to be expected and they delivered.

We got our Smart Electric Drive in September, and were completely satisfied with the service at Auto Max in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, and with the car itself. I've always been a little leery of used car dealers, but Normand was straight with us from the start. I only met Joe when we went to pick up the car, but they were both helpful and sincere, and the car was nicely prepped. We could not be happier with the car! The range is enough to do 95% of all our trips, it's surprisingly sophisticated and comfortable (I especially like the heated seats), and it costs about a dollar for a full charge and is a blast to drive! The ultimate runabout.

If you don't have one of these, what are you waiting for? After the government rebate you can get one for under $10K all in, and that's with about 4 years warranty, and negligible running and maintenance costs. Last week there were still over 700 rebates available. So far this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. We'll see if Tesla can top it next year. The only B-mol (and it has nothing to do with the sale) is that we still haven't received our rebate cheque. We have been informed that we are approved and the cheque is "in the mail". Thanks again, guys for the excellent buying experience!
