My husband and I bought our wedding rings from Austens and I had mine custom made. It was exactly what I had pictured in my mind, Elyse was able to make my dreams come to life! We have been there multiple times since and are always treated like family! Any crazy idea for a piece or specific detail I'm wanting they always make happen. Can't ask for a more welcoming environment. My kids kids I'm sure will shop at Austen Jewellers for their wedding rings and such and that it self is just amazing. Thanks for all you guys do!

Have been here multiple times! They always have a smile on, the staff is easy going, friendly and professional! Excellent prices for repairs and so quick to come back! This is my go-to jewellers!

The service staff here are exceptionally helpful (sometimes even too helpful), and they carry all types of gems and precious metals. Prices are usually in the mid to high range, but they are pretty up front with how much they're going to charge you and how you might bring down the price of a customized or semi-customized piece. They even adjusted my watch links for free, for no reason other than they are good people looking to make good relationships with their customers. Highly recommend.

The people who work here are so helpful and kind. They have beautiful jewelry, but what makes them special is the care and exceptional service they have always given me and my family, even though we are not in a position right now to purchase expensive jewelry; they treat us with as much respect as anyone else. My mother's special earrings were damaged, and while they were not real diamonds, they were of great sentimental value to her. They did everything they could to repair them- and then did not charge us. This kindness made her Christmas. Our family will, from now on, be doing all our jewelry business with them, no matter how big or small.
