Such a great place. Jaime and her staff are very friendly and courteous. Very clean and super cozy. Really makes you feel at peace as soon as you step inside. I am fairly new to yoga and the staff made sure all my questions were answered and got me into classes that suited my needs and skill level. Couldn't have asked for a better massage either. They focused on all my problem areas and left me feeling so much better afterwards.

The Yoga teachers here are amazing! They work with all skill levels and create a safe space for anyone to practice Yoga. As for the spa portion I have followed Jaime from her previous location and am so happy she is finally in the city! The location is fabulous. I cannot wait to try our more services!

Had a wonderful first class this morning at aurora. Relaxing and flawless way to start the day. The instructions during class were descriptive and useful so it was easy to follow along without diverting focus from my practice.

Got worked over but defiantly helps in the long run. Would reccomend if you have back issues
