I’ve been going there for 5 years. Never had a worse experience. Went today and had to wait 40 minutes for a pretzel because the employees had burnt 2 batches of my order. Terrible customer service! Short fat black lady slammed my order on the counter and left without even saying anything… Lost a valued customer today… Do better Auntie Annes
Staff with no manners! Maybe the rude employees could explain to their district manager why it would take 15 minutes for a pretzel when there's 4 people working in the store and there's no other customers and they're sitting around joking. 11/17/2022 6pm.
There is one employee at Auntie Anne's that I absolutely believe he's the best employees out of all that work there. Bobby, is very nice,outgoing and always treats customers like myself with respect. I always look forward to see him working and ordering from him.
They are the good pretzels you know and love. Some malls screw up, but this place does it right. Salted, cinnamon, Pizzas pretzels, pretzel bites, it's a great stop for a snack.
