Aunt Edna's Boarding House was given the historic name The Oxford House by the Newfoundland and Labrador Heritagae Foundation as an example of a 2 storey flat roofed dwelling with a doubled two story facade constructed between 1890 & 1900.

Very well maintained period house with all of the comforts of home. Welcoming friendly owner / operator. Great food. All daily meals available for a price.

A great place to stay on beautiful Little Bay Islands. Beautiful Newfoundland outport community. A short ferry ride from Pilley's Island. Great walking trails, icebergs, whales, friendly people. Please note the current Google map is not correct, I submitted a correction. There is no longer a ferry from Shoal Arm, it goes from Pilley's Island. It's easy to get to, close to Triton, Springdale and King's Point.
