Audrey M. Sim, MD, PLLC

As an employee of St John Hospital, there are plenty of doctor recommendations to be had, and I am very particular when choosing a physician. I've been a patient of Dr. Sim for a little over six months and couldn't be happier. She's extremely personable, has 45 min for every appointment so you never feel rushed, and actually listens. If you're looking for a primary care doctor you won't be disappointed!

I have worked along side Dr Sim for years, between our time at the St John Urgent Care, and her private office. I find her to be one of the most compassionate, reasonable, and just the most knowledgeable physician i have ever had the honor to work with. So I do find the one star star view a little off. We work hard to make everyone's experience a great one at this office. I don't consider saying no to a same day appointment at 3:00, or saying no to refills when a patient has not been screened in a while to be offensive. Is is upsetting? Yes, I am sure it is, but we are here to give the best care, and also to keep some order in the office for Doctor. So the small amount who think the staff , that myself , that we are rude, that we accuse people of stealing, or refuse to fill scripts, or that we called you a name? That is childish. We are doing our job. We care about our patients, don't ever think differently, because it would never be tolerated by our Dr Sim. We are like a family. You can raise your voice in frustration, and we will understand. We are not unreasonable. To the patient who was opening and slamming all cupboard and drawers looking for a glass to get a drink of water? The cups are right next to the sink. Did you need a jumbo cup? Those are in the kitchen, next time just ask. But you didn't, so I just asked if I could help you find something. I was brought up not to go in others drawers and cupboards. So, in the future, you who are not a child. Listen to what people are asking you. I would have checked on anyone who was loudly rummaging through drawers. Sorry your experience, and your need to lash out at our office was not a good one. I will do my best to continue to serve our patients with the utmost respect.

The receptionist was very rude she talked to me like i was trash i was calling trying to find a new doctor she basically told me i was dumb for asking the questions i was asking probably because im black go figure.

I love Dr. Sim. I used to love her staff. But there appears to be a new person there, and I find her to be very rude. Does not change my opinion of Dr. Sim; however, I do not think it reflects well on her practice, especially for new patients who have yet to learn how fabulous she is.

The one-star review seems suspicious because it doesn't make any sense. I started going to Dr. Sim a year and a half ago, had to switch to a different practice because of work, and now I'm on my way back. She's a great Doctor.
