Great service.  I dropped of a broken hearing aid at the door and got a call a couple of hours later saying the aid was definitely broken and would need to be sent to the manufacturer.  They called again a week later to say the hearing aid was ready for pick up, which was accomplished at the door.  No charge!  Perfect!  Great service.

I ordered hearing aid batteries over the phone and was able to pick them up with curb-side delivery right away. Free parking in back. Very easy.

I enjoyed my interactions with Laurena. She is thorough and gives needed instructions along the way. Always willing to answer questions and make common sense recommendations.

I was greeted at the car.  My hearing aids were checked and returned in a  timely fashion.

The audiologist cleaned and replaced the stem for removing the hearing aid.    She also gave me some filters, placed the hearing aid properly in my right ear and this service has made an amazing difference.  Thank you so much.

I really liked the woman that did my hearing test. She was kind and listened to me and my concerns. She explained everything so well and I feel well informed.
