Restaurant quality and grade food. A lot in bulk, big sizes and cases but you can definitely shop here for 1 person too. Deliveries are throughout Tuesday so you're better off going Wednesday but avoid weekends because chances are there won't be any chicken left especially breast or deboned thighs. They sell restaurant take out containers, Torani syrup, chips, cotton candy ingredients, fresh produce mos and overly packaged though for convenience, fresh fruits, frozen fruits, frozen veggie, frozen fish, beyond meat, etc! Warehouse setting, parking, CHEAP PRICES that are hard to beat, lots of selection, restaurant and dépanneur probably shop here so you'll find everything from take out containers, to soy sauce to chips, veggies, fresh and cured meats to measuring cups and cutting boards. Also, wish I knew to check here sooner because they have big quality end grain cutting boards for only 62$! That's a steal. For prices for example, I have never seen alternative milks cheaper. Maybe if there is a sale at the big box, but regular price aubut is great, sale prices aubut even better! NEGATIVES - no signs but it's easy to find things or ask someone - way too much packaging in the fresh fruits but considering the target market, it's a grab and go situation - often times will run out of something entirely chicken thighs, breast until the next shipment
Great prices on products that you won't find in very many other stores. Picked up a few 100 oz cans of San Marzano tomatoes today for the bargain price of $5.99/can. Great tomatoes for your favorite marinara or pizza sauce and you can't beat that price anywhere.
Selection not as wide as I hoped, but they still have plenty. Prices on regular grocery items are too high, but the bulk prices and bulk format stuff is great.
Restaurant dedicated, a bit of everything. A lot of spices, frozen products, grains a d non perishable for the kitchen. Nice and helpful staff.

Not much you can really say about Aubut... It's pretty standard here. All of the typical products are usually in stock. Taking into consideration the current state of the market, prices are pretty consistent from week to week, month to month. Over the years I never really had a need to interact with staff very much so I can't really comment on the quality of service, but I would venture to say that anyone you'd speak to would be very helpful. All in all it is a great place to buy in bulk and a great selection of products for the restaurant industry. I recommend this place to anyone looking to buy enlarge bulk quantities. The reason for only four stars is not because of something they may have done wrong or that I think can be better, but only because there was no real opportunity in all of my visits over the years to see that they are excellent. I get in, get what I need, and get out.
I find everything I need here, I like it and the staff is very friendly, the place usually clean. See the photos it’s really everything for the kitchen ‍
Seems like the service staffs are bit rude with people.
Purchased a dry sausage. Opened only the first layer of packaging to find mold. : Do not recommend.
Customer service is fabulous from the people on the floor to the cashiers to the fellow who helped us with our groceries to the car.
