Very disappointed with my stay.nBook the romantic room for one night,nThe air-conditioned wasn't working, the ceiling fan was missing a blade and was unsafe to use.nThere was extension cords all over to connect power to all sorts of things.nThe hot breakfast was bread and beagles in a toaster that didn't work well.nHad to jiggle toilet handle every time you flushed if not it would run all the time.nAnd pieces of the bathtub came off in your hands.nMy opinion is the place should be shut down.nNo stars show be given

Very friendly and helpful staff, able to communicate well in English and French. It was great to have a clean room and a solid breakfast for a reasonable price. Great value for money. Lovely setting on the bank of the river with chairs and tables for relaxing outside.nI noted in the comments section on the reservation that we enjoyed coffee, especially stronger coffee. The staff deliberately made stronger coffee to go with breakfast and checked with me if we liked it! Older building, lots of stairs but very comfortable.nVery good at minimizing waste, with China and flatware for breakfast, plus a recycle bin for juice boxes, yogurt tubs, etc. Also, recycle bin in the rooms. Kudos!

The place has been renovated. The beds and sheets were comfortable. We got a double bed, which I can see why people feel it's too small but we knew what we were getting ourselves into. We also got the room that's slightly below ground and it was fine. You can hear water running when someone flushes the toilet but it wasn't bothersome to us.nnThere's a hot tub outside, chairs and picnic tables along the water. Comes with free continental breakfast which was pretty good with cereals, bagels, croissants, toast, muffins, fruit, yogurt. Dining area is nice with a solarium with nice views. Stay was much better than expected given previous reviews.

A cute little spot! Beautiful sunset and super lovely set up for outdoor. They also have a jacuzzi that is very popular, you just need to get reservations at the front desk. The breakfast is simple, no hot breakfast, but everything is yummy! Nice sunroom with water view for breakfast, super lovely! Nice hot coffee and fresh fruits were provided! I took off a star because our internet signal wasn’t strong in the room and it’s not convenient in this way. Otherwise the auberge is by the water and lovely!

Pretty disappointed in this hotel. It has nice views but the whole place is looking pretty tired. Everything at breakfast was disposable, including the bowels, cups, glasses and cutlery! It made us feel guilty eating breakfast for all the waste. Expected more for the price
