Location was close to restaurants and supermarkets. The suite had a good kitchen and living area. Bedrooms were a little crowded. Continental breakfast was average.

Booked a night there after the aweful reception at Deux Rivieres. Was greeted by Johanne, who was utmostly pleaseant. She was able to provide service in prefect French and English. We were given room 28, which is on the second floor, with a view on the river. The room was very nice, very clean, looked like it had gone through a very recent refresh and the decor was nice and warm. The price was good too. Overall, an experience above our expectations. We will make sure to visit again when we are in the area.

I called gave them my credit card information over the phone, when I got there I had forgotten my credit card so they wouldn't give me a room they left me on the street and I had to drive three hours to get home. That is awful customer service to me. I will not be back even with my credit card and you will be missing out I come out there with serval others monthly for work.
