Friendliest staff you will ever witness and they really know how to cut hair. They'll give you exactly what you want whether you describe it verbally or give them a picture. Haircut comes with a shampoo wash too and the stuff they add to your hair after will make your hair smell like pineapples when you leave. All the staff speak English, even though the website says some only speak Japanese. Price is also pretty good compared to other Japanese/Korean places considering the level of service they provide.

I used to try some local barber shops before I found this hair salon was amazing to me, so now probably I can't go back to the previous ones any more. All the stylists here are being kind and giving me nice smiles every time I come in, that always makes me feel like being welcome and of course I never had any negative impressions on them including whenever I get bookings or talking on the phone. I always ask Naoya to cut my hair, he know everything because he is a quite well experienced stylist which nobody cannot have complaints. Maybe we can try this kind of experience only in here with that reasonable fee. Olivia was very kind and did a nice consultation at the beginning of the appointment. I could tell that she was very knowledgeable as she answered my questions well and brought up details that most stylists would often disregard. The shampooing was divine with a nice scalp massage. Not a 5/5 because my haircut didn’t come out how I asked it was by no means bad, just not what I was looking for, and it felt like the appointment was rushed. From my experience most salons will ask if you want your hair styled at the end or apply some serum but there was nothing.

Had my first keratin treatment here and I couldn't be happier with the results. Makoto was friendly and professional. He explained the treatment process, took time to answer my questions and made product recommendations without being too pushy. Also, this salon is impeccably clean and stylish.

It’s been more than two years since I visited here first time. I have great experience every time I visit. Atmosphere is nice and friendly. Price is good. I am always satisfied how I get my hair cut.

Makatoto is the man, Look at the hair style he gave.. Neat and clean place as well. Definitely happy and would recommend.

Worst service I have ever seen! I booked my appointment a week in advance amd I went in to the store and booked it. I then confirmed it twice and now I’m on my way there and they are saying that they don’t see it in the system, why do you take our information of you can’t deliver! First of all asking for credit card information before the appointment is a violation! I haven’t even received the service and you are asking for extra information to book! And then when client is on the way , they are telling me that i did not confirm! I confirmed it twice!! Bad service and would not recommend
