Dr. Patel was kind and thoughtful, explaining in detail diabetic foot care and proper shoe selection. He dealt with my ingrown toenail with high skill and no pain. What a wonderful experience this was. I highly recommend this doctor.
The receptionist is so rude and just money minded. Not a good service at all. I don't even wanna give one star but there is no option to do that.
Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work, yet wait times never seem to be an unreasonable! Was in need of custom orthotics - and the turn around time was very quick. I have been a regular client for years and the staff is very pleasant. Would recommend to anyone seeking professional foot care!
Don't go this doctor ever. The receptionist is so rude, they don’t provide you good service charge you ton of money and don’t get your insurance paper ready
For the $65 dollar out of pocket fee I expected a better accessment for 20 minutes of the doctors time and mine. During my exam he took a 2 minute phone call as well. Seemed very cookie cutter type medicine. Did not even examine my foot for range of motion or anything. Not at all pleased with this clinic and therefore cannot recommend.
I came in with really bad ankle pains I have very flat feet which causes me issues I brought in my insoles tc. He said he didn't know if he could help me, he took my insoles and tried to modify them to attempt tho relieve some issues. Then I was asked to bring in a CD of my x Rays and bring them to his office, so I did. Then he said that he would call the the following week after he got an opinion from his colleague regarding my foot condition! My insoles have been causing me issues, It's been 3 weeks, he's not called out attempted to reach me! I've called his office twice now and he won't call me back!
Saw the Doctor at the end of January. Had molds taken for orthotics and was told they would be ready in 3 weeks. I called on March 10th, 5 weeks later and was told they'd be there very shortly. It is now 14 weeks after my initial appointment and I have heard nothing from them at all. ** Edited to update that I recieved a call June 5th to tell me that my orthotics are now in and have been since February. In the interim I have chosen to get orthotics from somewhere else incurring additional out of pocket fees.
If you are needing Custom Orthotics in Barrie, or Orthopedic Appliances in Barrie this is the place to go. The staff are courteous, patient, and give you the time you need. They are very experienced and helped me immensely. They also helped my aunt with her diabetic foot care and for this I highly recommend Atrium Foot Clinic.
Very abrupt man. Did very little to address my foot issues. Literally 10 seconds in he was telling me I should wear wide shoes, specifically named the brand , model and store to go to. The 'prescription' pad had the name of the store printed right on them..gee ...maybe a bit of commission paid. Don't think I will be a repeat client.
This place is getting expensive from $50.00 in October to $55.00 in December to $60.00 in January. and my wife has only one foot to get the nails trimmed
