I've been to this branch only twice but I wanted to leave a review because today they were great. I've read some of the bad reviews and I can't really relate, maybe the staff changed over the last 2 years? I don't know. Anyways, today I went in for an appointment made over the phone to request a bunch of papers I needed for a process I'm undertaking with Revenue Quebec. I spent a total of 1h with Sophie, who was incredibly thorough and meticulous, making sure everything I needed was in order. I felt like she really cared about me having all the stuff in my list. At one point she apologized for "taking so long" which I found funny because she was doing an excellent job and checking Revenue Quebec's list as if it was her process. Thank you Sophie for providing such a great service and being so nice!

If you're looking for apathy and gross incompetence with your personal finances, look no further.  I had to verify my identity with them in person 3 times before they would give me the money that was deposited in my account.  I was promised unlimited transfers with no etransfers...but then they told me it was a little o 1500 after pulling my credit and opening the account.  The branch manager treated me like I was criminal because I wanted to pull-out my funds and close my account. I've never been spoken to in such a rude manner by a banker.  They can't even ensure the parking lot is salted, paved or snow removed. I almost fell as I was trying to enter the building.  This bank is hazardous to your wealth and health.  edit: the bank draft they gave me was too faded and my current bank rejected it. Caused me to go into my overdraft.

New bank looks great! But pretty poor service. Why are some service offered at certain RBC’s and not at others? Well the staff at this one could hardly offer to give you the time of day, or even a smile... and as for service, if it requires them to get up and ask someone... your out of luck!!

I been with this bank for 20 years the service was very good In the past year from very good it wend to very bad. There about to loose one client I am moving my banking elsewhere
