ATM (Chase)

Have been to this ATM machine so many times but it doesn’t work at all. Please, please fix it since that’s the only one around our area. Would be highly appreciated!!!

Fully functional during early May 2023 visit.

Conveniently available walk up within parking lot adjacent to AshleyFurniture

Touch screen hasn’t been working for two months I drive up the street to the other location. Very annoying and inconvenient.

This ATM is out of service almost every other day. It’s very inconvenient because this is the only ATM in the Falls Church area and without it people have to drive upwards to 30 minutes just to do a simple transaction. They really need to change the machine or something because this is getting really annoying!

This ATM is frequently out of service. The screen shows a Windows dialogue box that is requesting a log on. This is just a kiosk. I suspect the heat periodically shuts off the PC.

This atm is a stand-alone location without a building, you will find the small structure on the corner of the Ashley Furniture store.. not inside the store. Took me a minute to find it but it's definitely there

The screen is still not working. Very inconvenient for Chase customer in the area. Will be switching banks

This ATM never seems to work. The screen is just a Windows login.

Kept frozen and not doing anything and then asked me anything else I need!
