They claim to be the bank that will get to know you by name and you’ll be able to get to know your tellers but this can’t happen due to the fact that every time you go in there there’s new tellers due to either turn over or transfer. They claim to provide a hometown feel but how could they when they don’t seem to care when they don’t Branch manager gets an attitude when you tell them you don’t want apologies you want them to fix the problems and be the bank they claim to be!!
