We had Brandon here fixing our GE Wash Machine - it was warranty work. We needed a new transmission. He is wonderful! He fixed our machine and showed us the secrets of how to use it properly - that we didn't receive from where we bought it. He is friendly and knowledgeable and happy to share his wisdom. We have used Atlas Repair Service in the past and have always been pleased with the results. Today we were visited by Brandon and we were very much impressed by his expertise and professionalism. Outstanding Service and Knowledge. Shawn, the service technician diagnosed the problem quickly, explaining things as he went. Based on my initial phone call, he anticipated the correct replacement parts and was able to fix the machine on the first visit. Highly recommended if you're ever in need of repairs!

Lied to continuously about when our part was showing up then again with pricing. First ETA was 3-5 days. Took 2 months so no dryer for that long. Never got an apology, never got an update without calling there myself. When the part showed up, I had to call in and find out that way despite being told that I would be called right away when it was here the last 5 times I called. When the guy showed me the bill, it was 56 dollars over what I was told the max it could. Part was 42 dollars on partselect and I was charged 109 for just that. Had to make a big fuss to bring it down even though I’d already been treated terribly. Absolutely no consideration for customer time/convenience. Pretty much they don’t care about you in any way or form and I’m pretty sure they rely on their contract with GE for out of warranty products. If GE sends you here because you’re no longer applicable for their joke of a 1 year warranty, go somewhere else, or make the informed decision and just don’t buy GE garbage in the first place. Also our dryer now keeps running when the door is open. Honestly kinda nice can just put your hands in there to make em toasty.

Waited roughly a month or so for a part for our dishwasher. The service guy shows up and tells us they ordered the wrong part. Now we're supposed to wait another month for the proper part? Unacceptable. The dishwasher has been nothing but problems since day one. The service guy that installed it touched the positive and negative to together with live power running through it. Very unprofessional and won't be dealing with these guys if I can help it.
