Had my wedding in December and I must say, everything went perfectly. Evan, our on-site coordinator on the day-of was excellent! He listened to all of my concerns and ideas and he made it happen! Jennifer was a great help as well! She was very organized, which helped me out a lot. The servers and bar staff were very kind, personable and on point with everything. All of our guests raved about 2 things... 1 Food 2 Scenic View For the food, we had the salad with candied pecans, trio of Chicken, Beef and Lamb, and creme brule. Just outstanding! The views were breathtaking. The city line was beautiful both night and day. I couldn't have asked for a better venue. Everything was in order and went so smoothly with the help of the staff at Atlantis. So a personal Thank you!

I had my wedding here on March 26 2016 - I was completely stunned by the amount of love and effort that went into my day by Evan Babins. He made sure EVERYTHING was running smoothly from start to finish so I wouldn't have to worry about anything. The food was excellent, the service was phenomenal, and the whole atmosphere was just pure bliss. Thank you so much for making my wedding day stress free!

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the entire reception, the service and the hard work of the staff. Staff & Service: If we brought something to our banquet manager's attention, it was resolved immediately. Our family members and guests commented on how friendly and amazing the staff were. The bar staff were extremely attentive to our guests and entertained them. The wait staff ensured a seamless transition from course to course. I was really impressed with how organized the golf cart service before and after the reception was. The driver was also extremely friendly. We could see how dedicated the staff were and how personable everyone was which really makes a difference and we truly appreciated that.I commend all the staff at Atlantis and can't thank them enough for making it such a memorable night for our guests and for us. Our details manager was amazing and she ensured all of our requests were relayed to the appropriate staff members. She was extremely thorough and patient, and she made the months leading up to the wedding less stressful because she was so on the ball. Food: Our guests loved the food. I was very happy to see that any changes we noted during the tasting were reflected on all courses during the reception. Venue: People raved about the view, and of course that was a major draw for us. It's really necessary to see the venue at night with decor. I recommend attending an open house to see what it's like at night, with decor and the in-house music and lights. Having the cocktail hour upstairs in the mezzanine was very unique and we loved the floor to ceiling windows in the main ballroom. This is definitely the perfect venue for anyone looking for an unconventional place to hold a reception. We had many guests from out of town who had never seen a complex like Atlantis. Price: We shopped around for prices at many venues around the city hotels, banquet halls and Atlantis offers competitive rates.

What an AWESOME!!! wedding on June 21, 2013 for Natalie and Stephen. I want to thank the staff at Atlantis especially Tristan he was amazing for their superb service. The food was so delicious and more than enough, the guests cannot stop talking about it. The view and atmosphere from the ceremony on the roof top to the reception in the Trillium Ballroom was just amazing. I will surely recommend Atlantis Pavilion. Anne - MOB

I had a very mixed experience after having my wedding here in August 2015. We picked this venue after my sister had a great experience at the Eglinton Grand. We also LOVED the beautiful few and high ceilings offered in the large room. Prior to the wedding, everything was great. The staff were welcoming, helpful and very accommodating to our requests and dietary restrictions. Then the day of the wedding came... The Good: - The food was truly delicious and what we had discussed. It tasted like restaurant food, not the typical bland made in bulk taste you normally get in a hall. - The service for the food was very good and professional. The Bad: - Part of the parking lot was blocked off due to the Pan Am games. We were told there would be extra go-carts running to bring people to the venue that day. My grandparents in their 90s waited for a long time but no cart ever came. They walked 15-20 minutes to get to the venue which was not easy on them. The same thing happened to my aunt and uncle who brought the cake to the hall. They waited but not cart came and carried the 4-layer cake to the hall. We never got an explanation only stating that they had them running and that these guests CHOSE not to wait for a golf cart. - Cleanliness. When we arrived at the hall and guests were beginning to arrive the floor was filthy! We had to tell them to clean up the hall as people were already coming. When we mentioned this after the wedding they blamed it on the other vendors. However, it looked like it was from the night before and even if the other vendors made a mess they would still need to clean up the floor before we or guest started to arrive. - Our DJ arrived at 3pm to set up, however he told us the hall did not allow him to start to set up until 5pm when guests started to arrive. I never got an explanation to this as there is no excuse of it. - In-House Speaker System: one back speaker was not working with the Microphone at the podium. People in the back corner could not year the speeches properly. When we asked about this following the wedding they gave us a list of errors the DJ had i.e. sound quality of a song but never addressed their issue. We never brought this issue up to them and they ignored the real issue. - Missing property: We had brought many crystal candle holders for the hall. At the end of the night they were packed up and went missing. This is very alarming. We asked all our friends and family and they did not have it. We asked the hall and they said they did not have them. When I mentioned my concern that our property went missing we were told our family must have taken it. It was impossible that someone there could have stolen it. I was disappointed with their lack of concern that someone on their end could have taken the candles holders. They were very expensive and they offered no compensation or explanation. Again accusing our guests of taking a box despite me clearly stating we had already asked our family and friends. So we had a very mixed experience. I think one of the worst parts was their reactions to our complaints / problems. They deferred the blame, they didn't apologize, they didn't try and make things better. I found this VERY unprofessional. We had some complaints with other vendors along with praise and every other vendor handled them professionally and took responsibility for their performance.

My sister got married here on Friday July 12. Atlantis is a very beautiful place for an event. The food was great I loved it and the servers that went around. However, your management team was very DISRESPECTFUL to my sister! I got to hear a good amount of how they were speaking to her and belittling her. So my advice is to train them to know how to speak to people or you will not be getting any service including me ever!!! I for sure will never be having a wedding at this venue and telling my friends as while!

We had our wedding at Atlantis last Saturday. Everything went perfect. The hall and ceremony room were beautiful. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The food and extra stations we got were just AMAZING!!!! We highly recommend Atlantis!!!!!!

My husband and I got married there in March. Gorgeous venue with an unforgettable view! The staff was extremely helpful though perhaps slightly understaffed and the food was delicious! Thank you very much!

Terrible Venue. We had our wedding there this weekend. The staff were very unhelpful and walk around like zombies. Our vendors were not brought their dinner. They would ask for things and get ignored. We needed some help from the managers with headsets on but they we're always scrambling or busy. Our ceremony was a disaster our DJ was tucked in their sound system room which was in another room and couldn't even get out music right. He was suppose to setup in the actual room but the managers left him out to dry. For the amount of money we spent here it was not very clean.I would recommend looking elsewhere the food was mediocre also.

Food was terrible if Atlantis made it in house. Attended a south Asian wedding yesterday and Indian food is not supposed to taste like that. Should've had it catered. Venue has great views though at the metropolitan ballroom
