I recently had my engagement ring repaired at Atlantic Jewellers in Gatineau. Its a relatively small place, no parking which is a pain, had to park in the street although it did not cost anything. Its a family owned business and Madame Pacheco is the owner there. She was very sweet and took her time explaining to me what needed to be done and what it would cost. I was surprised to learn that I did not need to do as much as I initially thought I would need to do, it surprised me that she insisted on saving me the additional expense of doing additional work when I didn't need it. You tend to expect businesses to take advantage as much as they can, the car garage being the first example to come to mind! I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship too and its relatively low price. My ring looked new, it was just incredible. I also like that they warranty all their work for a year, which I think is very professional. All in all, I am very glad I took advice from friend who recommended them to me and would recommend Atlantic Jewellers to my own friends very much!

I'd like to thank the Atlantic Jewellers team for all the help they provide us is custom designing my engagement ring and both our wedding bands. We were really stressed out about what to buy and where to buy it. Germanina and her team really made everything so easy, they took their time explaining things to us, answering our various questions, teaching us really what a diamond really was (That was really cool guys!), the differences and their impact on the investment we were making. The Atlantic Jewellers team really made a difference and we will be forever grateful to them for their help and attention. Thank You so much guys!!! :-)
