Story

Réusinage de moteurs Rebuilt engines. Depuis 1979 Atelier de Mécanique R.M. réusine des moteurs de toutes sortes, auto, camion, industriel, marin, auto et camion antique, engin stationnaire. Nos installations de 20,000 Pi2 à Montréal-Nord, notre personnel et notre équipement à la fine pointe nous place comme un chef de file dans l'industrie. Nous sommes membre AERA (Automotive Engine Rebuilder Association) un des plus grands regroupements de réusinage dans le monde, avec un accès aux plus récentes spécifications avec le logiciel Prosis depuis le début de l'industrie de l'automobile jusqu'à aujourd'hui. Nous pouvons aussi faire à notre atelier l'installation de moteur dans les véhicules. Atelier de Mécanique R.M. est une entreprise familiale dirigée par M. Normand, Luc et Daniel Perron.

Hello Everyone, I own a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. It has a 5.7l Hemi and I bought it brand new in June 2014. I work with this truck and recently turned 300,000 km. Returning from a trip to Texas, my engine started making a strange noise, a metallic tapping sound. Dealer replaced flywheel but engine noise was not rectified. Removed oil pan and found copper filings in the pan. Source of engine noise was still not determined and tearing engine down was the only option left. My personal mechanic, recommended I bring my truck to RM Moteurs, in Mtl-North, and let them do the rebuild. That's exactly what I did! 8 days later I picked up my truck with a fresh Hemi rebuild, under its hood. My vehicle has a newer A/C system that RM was not equipped to refill so they offered to reimburse me the costs to refill it at my Dealer. At Dealer the A/C system could not develope a vacuum and needed to be repaired before filling. Norman at RM asked me to bring my truck back to his shop to investigate why A/C system was leaking. He asked me to leave it with him for a couple of days and offered to pay for a rental vehicle during that time period. RM purchased a ring kit, from Dodge Dealer near them, replaced all the A/C system rings, sent my truck to that Dealer and had A/C system refilled with no leaks. All this was at RM Moteur's expense and inconvenience to me was not an issue! Norman Perron is a man of his word, his customer's satisfaction is his paramount concern and he made sure that I was truly a happy client. The RM staff are experts in their industry and compassionate about the relationships they manage with their clientel. I highly recommend RM Moteur to anyone who uses a motor and needs repair. Thank you RM Moteur, my experience with you was excellent! Praise The Lord 😊

Un seul mot : incroyable. J'ai apporté la vieille tête de mon moteur pour faire planer avant un nouveau gasket. Outre que le staff est vraiment sympa, ils font un travail remarquable, je n'ai pas reconnu la tête du moteur en allant la chercher. On avait l'impression qu'elle était devenu neuve. ils en ont même profiter pour remettre de la silicone sur les entrées de coolant qui avaient pourries avec le temps! Merci à toute l'équipe pour avoir redonner vie a mon moteur. Si je pouvais je leur ferai faire le même travail sur mon bloc! Si vous avez besoin d'une job de réusinage ne pensez même pas aller ailleurs.
