Went here to register a vehicle. Unlike some of the other registries in Lethbridge, the staff was actually pretty friendly. It was really busy when I was there, but they had someone greeting people as they came in and making sure they were being helped and in the right place. It's hard to overstate how awesome that was. Not sure that's something Astro does regularly, but it says a lot about how they view their customers. Compare that to that other registry on the southside, that always has a line and always tells you you're missing something important after waiting 20 minutes (you know the one). Yeah, no. After this experience, I won't be going there again.

The worst place to go if your want to get your driving license. I gave my non gdl twice and the examiner failed me two times for something he shouldnt be adding marks. So far my worst experience with a registery for a driving test. It felt like the examiner was taking his anger out on you just because he hates his job. Would not recommend anyone to go there for a driving test. Just a money grabing machine.

So far, in my experience, the staff has been extremely helpful and prompt. It's a really nice space, and it's usually faster than other registries/insurance places that I have been.

Wait time is very minimal. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful & courteous.
